Food Hygiene Certs

If you are simply collecting produce and delivering it to a second location you probably don’t need a Food Hygiene Certificate. However it’s probably not a bad idea.

If however you are processing or cooking food you definitely will need one. However they are inexpensive and really easy to follow. Generally they take the form of a multiple choice form with all the information provided. We use  food-safety.org.uk/courses  and it costs us £12 each per year. But there are many other providers.
